About Mateo Miguel
Since I was little I have been passionate about mathematics and physics, having participated in different Olympics, obtaining a silver medal in the Spanish Mathematical Olympiad and being a member of the team representing the Valencian Community in the Spanish Physics Olympiad. This participation in the Olympics has led me to receive a 5-year scholarship at the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
That passion for both subjects has led me to want to give classes to share it. I have currently taught a total of 5 students who have considerably improved their grades in these two subjects.
As I had the intention of studying abroad, I studied both the International Baccalaureate, where I obtained a grade of 43 (out of a maximum of 45) and the Spanish one, in which I got 9.74 out of 10. Having experienced the difficulty of this program, I would like to help current students with IB maths, especially with the IA and Extended Essay.
Currently, I am studying the second year of Maths and Computer Science at the University of Oxford, having achieved Distinction (the equivalent of First Class Honours) in my first year.

The methodology of my classes is based on a hybrid model of theoretical and practical classes.
Thus, the classes begin with a theoretical introduction to the topic to be studied, either through the review of the student's notes or material provided by the teacher, followed by a series of exercises that consolidate what has been studied.
