I'm very calm and resilient and have a deep understanding of Maths, which makes me able to teach to different perspectives to help for understanding. Lessons are usually 1 hour long, aimed at students aged 11-18, however, I can cater to those retaking at a later age. Having failed my English GCSE twice and passing on the third attempt, I like to think I have the compassion that others do not and can sympathise with struggling students. In contrast, I decided to begin my teaching career after helping my peers at sixth form pass their GCSE Maths and taking much joy in doing so. Over the years I have had various students who seek to get the very top grades and challenge themselves, alongside taking part in preparing my students in school for the UKMT Maths challenge. Prior to our first lesson, make sure to give any extra details, such as ability, exam board, KS3, KS4 or A level, and your target grade/goals. While I do offer Further Maths tuition, please do note that I will need to know lesson content beforehand as I am less familiar with the new Further Maths A-level course.

Jordan tutored my son for his Y11 maths GCSE year and I would highly recommend him. He is very quick to respond to messages and always on time and prepared to teach his session.
