About Benedict
I have just completed my Mathematics BSc degree at the University of Leeds, receiving a 2.1. I have one and a half years of weekly experience in drum tutoring for children with special needs at a local community centre as well as 2 years privately, with my main student receiving a distinction in his Grade 1 Drum Exam. I received A* for my mathematics A-Level and taught myself my Further Maths AS, in which I also got the top grade.

Each student has specific needs and interests that I think are very important to take into consideration when you are finding a way to teach someone. I try to keep the sessions interesting for students as well as finding a way to help them retain information in a way that makes logical sense to them as individuals. This personal and attentive approach is one that has strongly benefitted my learning in the past, honing my desire to learn as well as providing skills and methods of studying that are translatable to any subject.
