About Sven
I once had a conversation with a friend who told me they were bad at math.
They said,
"I'm bad at math because I always want to know why. I feel like people who are good at math just do it. They don't ask why".
I thought about this for a while, and I concluded that there is actually some truth to what my friend said. As someone who is pretty good at math (necessary humble brag), sometimes when I do math all I need is CONFIDENCE, instead of needing to know why it works.
How do you get that sweet CONFIDENCE? It's easy. You just practice. If you practice the math enough you'll build the confidence to get the right answer on your homework or test. If you practice enough, the understanding will come naturally.
Think about it... if all you're taught is to understand the math, but then you don't do well on a test, do you really understand the math? Making sure the math is correct is most important. Understanding why is good, and will open doors to amazing worlds, but that's like extra credit. That's my opinion at least.

In my lesson we will do pretty much whatever you want to do. If you want to go through your entire homework set, cool. If you just have some questions, awesome. Need to study for a test? We can do that too.
We will focus on practicing the math to get it correct. So that you can get the results (grade) that you want.
