About Phani Kumar
Phani Kumar has a first-class bachelor's degree in Engineering. After graduating, he worked for Tata Consultancy Services in the Embedded Systems Domain. Besides work, he was interested in the CSR and net-zero strategy of the company. It made him more enthusiastic about the three pillars of Sustainability.
In addition, Phani is a Certified Yoga Trainer and an IELTS Official Trainer. He loves to teach and train his students. He has recently volunteered for "Sow the City", which analyses the impact of food systems on issues like Climate Change. Out of personal interest, he is also trying to figure out if Yoga Practice has a direct impact on reducing an individual's "Carbon Footprint".
Currently, he is a student at the University of Manchester studying for an MSc in Environment Impact Assessment and Management. He is learning about the circular economy, systems thinking and impact assessment of industries, policies and programmes. As a whole, Phani is an interdisciplinary thinker and an action taker, who is committed to making the world a better place to live in.
Moreover, he is a content creator as well. He can create engaging content(both text and video-based) on social media platforms.
