About Andrea
I am a current Master of Arts student working towards a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a special focus on social justice and equity issues. In addition to my ongoing schooling, I obtained a Bachelor of Child Studies Degree with a major in Child and Youth Counselling through Mount Royal University in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology through Athabasca University in 2014. I am very fortunate to have been involved in several research projects at Mount Royal University and Athabasca University totalling nearly three years of research experience working with faculty, staff, and students, and I am eager and excited about the possibility to culminate my skills in this position

As a tutor who engages in online tutoring, I think it is important to engage mixed teaching methods, including online discussion, collaboration between student and teacher, and video and audio clips.
