About Nitish
I am currently doing my masters in Physical Education and plan to pursue PhD in the same. I have seen my family and friends getting obese and getting sad about it but not working for it, even when I constantly try to correct their routine. It's agitating to have the knowledge in you and not being able to help others. So here I am hoping to make positive changes in the lives of people who really want to change it.
