About Arina
Heyy! I’m Arina! I give Mathematics lesson to all school and college students. I have experience teaching for exams such as GCSE, iGCSE and A-level. I have taught Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Statistics online for the past 2 years. Moreover, I currently work at Pate’s Grammar School as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant helping Further Maths students and assisting with Oxford MAT examination.
For 2 years I worked for Online Galaxy School - an online British school for Russian speaking kids around the world. I speak perfectly both Russian and English and have worked a lot with international kids. If your child struggles with a language barrier - I know exactly how to help!

I’d love to do maths together! We will:
- start with working on a set of questions from different topics
- identify which areas need deeper understanding
- start a tailored course consisting of: explanations of mathematical concepts needed for specific curriculum, practice questions every lesson and a set of homework questions
- prepare for exams: learn exam techniques, have a deep look into mark schemes to understand how to write answers to gain the most marks, work on exam time management
- Do lots of questions! The best approach to learning maths is doing questions! Every lesson I use either worksheets or write tricky questions myself
I can do 30-60 minutes lessons. Price of a lesson depends on content of lessons. For example, GCSE Mathematics 60 minute lesson costs 35 pounds. A-level Mathematics 60 minutes lesson costs 45 pounds. DM me for any price enquiries!
