About Sandip
I am Sandip Das, completed my Masters in organic chemistry from Burdwan University in 2018.Then I joined IISER tirupati as junior research fellow. Currently i am a senior research fellow in iiser and had published 5 papers in multidisciplinary international journals with high impact factor. I am doing research in biomimetic catalysis via O2 or NO activation of first row Transition metal complexes.

The major problem with chemistry is, students think this is very tough due to lots of exception presents. However leaning the basics of chemical reactions and fundamental of chemistry can easily remove these fears. As a researcher solving problems isone of my hobbies. Thus i would like to teach enthusiastic students the basics of chemistry which will help them to understand chemistry and learn chemistry.Once learnt exceptions can be easily handled and can be applied practically
