About Kristian
I have given lesson occasionally during my high school and college career. I am usually the one that takes the role of the leader during any group activities. My mother is a teacher so I have always been around the environment and have learned when to give encouragement but also when to demand more from the student because I know they are able of such achievements even if they do not believe so themselves.

I am an alumni of the University of the Incarnate Word with a Masters degree in biology and a Bachelors degree in biochemistry. Lesson are catered to the student and can be manipulate to fit the structure in which the student best learns i.e. visual, vocal, etc. Most lessons will follow the process of explanation, demonstration, and then application. This process can be repeated as necessary and problems explained, and given, will build as progress occurs. The work will be done at the pace of the student so do not feel discouraged. Everyone learns differently. I myself will learn anything I am not sure on so as not to give any false information.
