About Jamie
I am a passionate Psychology Professor with proven abilities in developing and implementing undergraduate level courses, both in-person and on-line. I bring knowledge and expertise developed over 16 years working at the college level. In addition to teaching, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on changing one’s maladaptive thoughts in order to improve feelings and behaviors.
