About Ariadna

I am a postgraduate student in Political Sociology at the London School of Economics. During my undergraduate degree, which I did in Barcelona, I taught English to Spanish secondary school students aged between 12 and 17 for two years and achieved very positive results, with their grades improving significantly. In 2019, I went on a semester abroad in the United States, at the University of Pennsylvania, where I also helped students with their conversational Spanish and supervised and corrected essays.

About the lesson

I try to make classes as dynamic as possible, often emphasising oral expression and comprehension, which tend to be students' weakest areas, and the understanding of the logic underlying grammar rules, so that they can be internalised more easily. I also like to combine regular teaching with games, songs and videos, which I select based on the student's age and level.
