About Catuxa
I'm a native Spanish speaker, from Colombia and raised in Spain, which makes me aware of both the Castilian Spanish and the Latin American Spanish vocabulary and common sayings. As well as a Spanish tutor I'm an actress and performer with a deep passion for all forms of art including language literature music and poetry which are elements I try to incorporate in my teaching method as well. I come from a family that works in education, having been raised so close to this environment I've seen how much gaining some new knowledge can have an impactful effect on someone's life and how much fun and excitement can come from it as well which made me develop a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge with others.

Catuxa is a great tutor, super friendly and helpful, I was trying to get ready for my trip to spain this past fall and she helped me so much that I was able to even fool a couple locals, i decided to keep working on my Spanish with her when I came back from my trip. Definitely recommend her!!
