About Madeline
I have been teaching for 12 years at the High School (beginner and intermediate level) and my students have gone on to other countries and felt confident in their ability to speak Spanish. I studied abroad in México so I also have first-hand experience speaking and being in the culture.

My teaching method consists of one on one Spanish practice as well as beginner level conversation to help build confidence in a foreign language.
A typical lesson would begin with learning a few new vocabulary words to go with a specific topic (food, travel, clothing, etc.). We would then learn a grammar concept to practice to go along with the vocabulary. I employ a variety of activities including speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.
