About Ivi
I was never good at school growing up. In elementary school, I lacked confidence as I struggled to get C's and low B's. I always thought I was the problem.
At Humber College, I realized that I could achieve high grades! I asked for support, changed the way I was learning and quickly gained confidence. I graduated with a bachelor degree in Child and Youth Care WITH HONOURS!!
I also excelled at the University of Toronto, where I achieved my Master in Social Work. I realized anyone can become an A student with the right support, techniques and commitment to learning.

We will work together to learn and achieve goals. I am engaging, patient and fun! I will give you lots of positive feedback, easy to follow instructions and resources to help you along the way.
What sets me apart as a tutor? I adapt to your needs and find creative ways to make school and lessons plan easier. I can make content relatable so you begin to enjoy learning.
I follow a 'let's learn', 'let's try' and 'let's reflect' framework. So, we will learn the content, put it into practice and talk about the process/content afterwards. This is shown to be the best way to learn!
