About Subhankar
Hello! I’m Subhankar Mohanty, a passionate educator dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. With two MBAs in HR and Business Analysis and years of hands-on experience in operations, I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge and academic insight to my teaching. My real-world experience allows me to relate concepts in Microsoft Excel and Maths to everyday scenarios, making lessons not only easier to understand but also more relevant to today’s world.
I have been teaching students from class 6th to class 10th for quite some time, focusing on building a solid foundation that will serve them well into the future. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a nurturing environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. By combining personal coaching with real-world examples, I help students truly understand the "why" behind what they’re learning, not just the "how."
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I believe that when a student feels understood, they learn better. My goal is to inspire confidence in each student, helping them tackle challenges head-on and achieve academic success with clarity and confidence.
I’m committed to delivering high-quality, customized learning experiences that fit each student’s unique needs. Whether you need help catching up or want to stay ahead, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach to teaching focuses on personal coaching tailored to each student’s unique learning style. I incorporate real-world examples that bring complex concepts to life, ensuring that students not only understand but truly connect with the subject matter. Whether it’s mastering Microsoft Excel or excelling in Maths, my goal is to make learning both practical and engaging.
The structure of my classes is flexible to fit the student’s schedule. While I generally hold sessions on alternate days, I offer customization options to accommodate any student’s convenience. This flexibility ensures that learning fits seamlessly into their daily routine.
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I believe that understanding goes beyond memorization. I foster a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas, ultimately empowering them to gain mastery over the concepts.
These classes are intended for school students between class 6th and class 10th who are looking to strengthen their foundation in Maths or enhance their Microsoft Excel skills. Whether you're struggling with a concept or just looking to stay ahead, I am here to help you succeed.
