TL;DR Jacqueline is an amazing teacher and probably one of the best. Take lessons with her if you need a teacher.

For context, I am not a professional vocalist and am simply a person looking to improve his voice. Total beginner. I had a few couple teachers before Jacqueline and I am not lying when I say that Jacqueline really upped my standards for teachers. The feeling I had when I was with my previous teachers was that when they taught, in order to get better, I just have to sing better. The "how" on singing better was almost just all feeling as they could only give vague instructions at times. It wasn't until I had lessons with Jacqueline, did that vagueness go away. She made me understand my body a lot more, and that allowed for me to push further and progress a lot faster. I understood what muscles have to be moved to produce a certain pitch, I learned how to push air out properly so that I don't lose air so fast and sing with more forwardness, I learned techniques on how not to wreck my throat when singing difficult songs, etc. She basically taught me how to walk before I proceeded to run. I was given the foundation that I really needed, and I wished I was with Jacqueline when I just started learning vocals.

I know that Jacqueline has taken multiple advanced students and I'm sure that they are happy with her too. But for my personal opinion, if you are a beginner and want a really good teacher, Jacqueline should be your top choice.

Jacquie is an amazing singing teacher with great professionalism and knowledge. She makes me feel confident in every class, and thanks to her, I've learned to take care of my voice, understand my instrument better, and control it using the best techniques.
