About Srishti
I have been tutoring students since I was in school. I like to think of myself as an intellectual badass and my intellect is directly proportional to your curiosity. If there's one thing that my students have always found most helpful is that I will be your friend first, then your tutor. I am interested to know all about your ideas, thoughts, opinions, questions, arguments, outer space, aliens, you name it & let's have a conversation like adults brainstorming through their IQ, EQ & CQ. I am no expert, think of me as your navigator. I believe in collaboration over competition, the only person you should be competing with is your version yesterday.

My teaching methodology will be a hybrid model of tough love and creative thinking. I always like to get to know my student first to understand which combination of approaches can be tailored to meet students' expectations. My typical lesson plan will include several references from series/ movies/ documentaries/ news stories, diagrams/ flowcharts with various colour-coded indexes.
What sets me apart as a tutor is a fact that I will partner up with my student to identify if they want to be Sherlock Holmes with amazing recall abilities and mind castles or if they want someone they can simply discuss concepts with and have meaningful conversations. My lessons are for everyone who wants to get academically better versions of themselves. I can help students of every grade in school/ high school with theoretical courses like English, Literature, History, Biology, and Geography. I can also help if you are looking for someone to guide you with management courses like organizational management, basics of management, operations management, Microsoft office (intermediate), healthcare administration, information technology, quality assurance & control, human resources, marketing, etc.
