About Luigi
Hi! I'm Luigi Bolaños, a professional drummer, percussionist, composer, music producer, and educator from Ecuador. I hold a degree in Contemporary Music with a specialization in Music Education from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, a Berklee Global Partner, and a Master's degree in Music Production from TAI University School of Arts in Madrid, Spain.
I have extensive teaching experience at the university level, teaching drums, ear training, and ensemble performance. As a professional musician, I've worked with national and international artists, developing a versatile approach to music across jazz, funk, pop, rock, metal, Latin music, and traditional Ecuadorian rhythms.
My goal as a teacher is to help you become a confident, creative, and well-rounded musician. I combine practical techniques, musical understanding, and real-world professional experience to create lessons tailored to your interests and goals. Whether you want to start playing drums, improve your technique, learn your favorite songs, or develop your own musical voice, I'll help you take your playing to the next level. Let's make music together!
