I am a passionate learner myself and thrive in learning and sharing my experiences. I have a Master's Degree from Northwestern University in Information Design and Strategy with a focus on UX design. I am experienced in supply chain, specifically the execution of freight via truck and train. I believe that every topic can be taught, we just have to find the right ways to make the message meaningful.

Not all learners capture and retain information the same way. The first and most important part of any new student/tutor relationship is to identify the best way for the student to learn and for me as a tutor to understand that the message is received. I am a visual learner, and often lead with visuals accompanied by talk tracks or notes, but this is not always the best for all students.
