My life has been a rich tapestry of experiences, from being raised in an evangelical Southern Baptist community to deconstructing my faith and reframing harmful beliefs. I’ve navigated life-altering transitions, including leaving a 15-year marriage after coming out, and co-parenting a child undergoing medical treatment for leukemia.

I bring a unique blend of empathy and expertise to my coaching, leveraging my background in educational leadership and deep personal experiences to craft transformative coaching sessions that cater to your individual needs.
