About Norris
I have been conducting lessons for more than 40 years in many different venues, which includes public and private educational settings, organizational and professional settings. I have worked within state wide, local, and personal curriculum to develop self directed learning skills. I have one to one hundred plus students at a time. Incorporating self interest, humor, and theoretical approaches to pedagogy and adult education to capitalize on self-motivation and self-regulation incumbent to learning. I have helped individuals and group learns with improved overall grades, satisfactory achievement on test, as well as helped organizations with team building, professional development and analysis.

I am currently a PhD., candidate at Walden University pursuing a degree in Philosophies of Adult Higher Ed. I work with all students of all ages and backgrounds. My lessons are designed to develop individual and group self directed learning techniques; both in the private and public sectors. My lessons provide self-motivation skills and self-regulation skills that can be utilized in any setting or platform to increase the benefits found within education and learning such as homework, promotion, enhancement, and team building. I look at my students educational backgrounds, the learning setting involved, the associated learning styles, and the performance history; then connect that to the dreams, goals, aspirations, missions and visions for a more substantive cash in to learning that promotes change on a micro, macro and or mega level. My methodology and approach is well suited for all learning and developmental minded students and settings, including homework development, test taking development, preparatory development, behavioral development (both pro-active and intervention levels), organizational development and professional development skills.
