About MANJUSHA
I am Manjusha Amey, a Marine Biologist and Zoologist from Kerala, India. With a strong academic and research background in biology. I hold a Master of Research (M.Res) from the University of Plymouth, UK. Along with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Zoology from Kerala, India.
With more than a year of experience in teaching and supporting students. I have taught biology to high school students and enjoy helping learners understand science in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
My Teaching Experience
I believe biology is much more than memorizing names and definitions, it is about understanding how and why living things work. In my lessons, I use simple explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, questions, and interactive activities to make even difficult topics easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and connect what they learn in the classroom with the world around them.
Whether you are struggling with a biology topic, preparing for an examination, or simply curious about how life works. I aim to create a friendly, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can learn at your pace and build confidence.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and focused on developing a clear understanding of concepts rather than relying solely on memorization. I begin by connecting new topics to students' existing knowledge and everyday experience, and then use simple explanations, real-life examples, questioning, visual resources, and short activities to make learning engaging and accessible. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning processes, while regularly checking their understanding and adapting my teaching according to their individual learning needs. I also believe in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, expressing their ideas, and developing confidence in their abilities. My aim is not only to help students achieve academic success but also to develop their curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning skills.
