About Maya
I am a Marine Biology BSc undergraduate student who has completed 4 A levels in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and Polish as well as GCSEs including chemistry, biology, physics, English (both language and literature), and further maths. I understand the struggle of trying to study for challenging subjects and recognise the huge amount of content students have to understand can be daunting but I will be able to guide them through this and help them expertly apply their knowledge to exam questions. Together we can overcome this challenge and form new passions along the way.

I consider individual abilities and adjust lessons to each person's capabilities to facilitate learning. I also pay attention and alter information based on specific exam boards and ensure learning results in practical knowledge that can be transferred onto exam questions. I aim to deepen my student's understanding of the subject and internalise it not just memorising information, in this way they can utilise their knowledge in various ways rather than just answering questions for a particular exam.
