I am an adult novice piano student with Gabe since August. Gabe has done an excellent job of teaching me the basics of music reading & understanding, and given me tools to practice & improve my skills. He challenges me with every lesson, & I see myself growing with his approach & guidance. I love working with Gabe. He is very knowledgeable & inspirational.

Gabriel creates a welcoming environment for any student, beginner or advanced. I am a percussion student of Gabriel's. We work on a myriad of instruments, though I especially love marimba, xylophone, and vibraphone. Weekly lessons are fun, engaging, and consistent. Gabriel is a wonderful teacher and clear communicator.

Gabriel is also well-versed in audition prep, from the realistic minute-by-minute descriptions of what I should expect, to mock performances that help me feel fully ready for the audition.

With Gabriel as my teacher, I have not only engaged with many different percussion instruments, I have also learned new skills that I can bring outside of the practice room.

Working with Gabe is such an enjoyable experience! I always come out of lessons feeling excited to practice and also knowing *what* to practice. I get easily overwhelmed when there's a lot on my plate, but Gabe presents new challenges in a really systematic way that has been super helpful to me as someone who is prone to overthinking things.

Gabe is such a lovely person to interact with in any setting, but I think there's something uniquely awesome about his teaching.
