About Marco

I am a Personal Trainer with international certifications in Fitness Training, TRX, Nutrition Coaching, Mat Pilates, Postural Rehabilitation. I am available for workouts wherever you prefer, indoor or outdoor, and online training. Passionate, friendly, genuine: are you ready to start?

About the lesson

I am a very "open" Coach: I adapt my program to my clients' necessities. I mainly work body-weight or with a very light equipment. Remember: our body is still the best gym. Our objective: physical and mental well-being.

Perfect! Marco is a very great coach. He listens to his client needs and easily adapts the training routine to his clients profile. He planned for me an entertaining and fun session. I am not the sportive kind but i have to say that the 1hour workout din't feel as if it was an hour really. It was though but also fun, and never dull nor boring. I really enjoyed it!!

Perfect! Marco is a very great coach. He listens to his client needs and easily adapts the training routine to his clients profile. He planned for me an entertaining and fun session. I am not the sportive kind but i have to say that the 1hour workout din't feel as if it was an hour really. It was though but also fun, and never dull nor boring. I really enjoyed it!!

Isa est sympa, amical est, surtout, motivée. Une premiere seance très bonne pendant laquelle elle a poussé son corp pour 1h sans arrêt et elle a été disponible a tester quelque chose de nouveau pour elle.
