About Lushen

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong love for teaching English and History. I was inspired by a teacher who showed me the power of education, and that motivation continues to guide my work.

I have high school classroom and tutoring experience, and I enjoy helping learners grow in confidence and ability. I am patient, organized, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving.

I use clear explanations, interactive lessons, and exam-focused practice to help learners reach their full potential. My goal is not only to improve marks, but also to build strong study habits and a lifelong love for learning.

About the lesson

In my lessons, I use interactive methods such as PowerPoint presentations, structured notes, discussions, past exam questions, and learning games like Baamboozle to keep students motivated and involved. I adapt every lesson to suit each learner’s pace, learning style, and academic goals.

I can help you with exam preparation, essay writing, literature analysis, grammar and language skills, comprehension, source-based History questions, and content revision. I focus on helping learners understand concepts instead of memorizing facts, so that they can apply their knowledge confidently in assessments.
