About Aarin
As a Data Science student at LSE, I am passionate about teaching GCSE and A-level Maths and Further Maths because I know how mathematics can be used to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Having self-studied Further Maths during my A-levels and achieved an A*, I understand the challenges students may face and how the right guidance can transform their learning experience. I aim to inspire students to not only excel academically but also appreciate the beauty and practical applications of mathematics. By sharing my own experiences and strategies, I hope to help them gain confidence, overcome difficulties and unlock their full potential in order to succeed.

I will give students a test (most likely a past paper) to see where they are and then go through the test with them to show them where they are right and wrong. I'll show them the correct method for the ones they went wrong and spend time reviewing the topics related to the questions. Each week, I'll focus on a particular topic they are struggling with, also giving them the option of telling me which topic they want me to look at with them. The lessons are 1 hour long and targeted for GCSE and A-level Maths and Further Maths students (Y10-Y13). I'll also provide lessons for students sitting in the MAT and TMUA. Having achieved an A* in Maths and Further Maths, as well as completing 70% and 6.2 in MAT and TMUA, respectively, I know the techniques and revision strategies needed to get into a top university.
