About Deboshree
I am a mobility practitioner and I love movement. I love exploring different moves and listen to my body's limitless potential.
I think the body's job is to constantly explore and look for different ways it can express itself. For me Yoga, dance, dynamic fun moves are ways we become peaceful and strong and improve our concentration which makes us amazing humans in other areas of our lives too..
