Certified fitness trainer Certified nutrition specialist I'll assist and monitor clients and will ensure safe and effective use of equipment. I motivate clients to get results through goal setting, follow-up, and re-assessments. Will create exercise routines to be new and enjoyable. (+20rs for 2km ) =travel cost for offline sessions and for offline sessions (minimum 2 clients and prices are negotiable for group sessions)

And 12k=3month diet chart...(for the clients who only wants diet plan)
20k=3month fitness chart...(for the clients who wants exercise plan,diet plan, councelling, 3 personal meditation and affirmation sessions with me)

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My subject is fitness, strength & nutrition. I developed an interest in this since childhood I was so attracted towards the strength & sports & muscles but I recognised this to make my interest as my work when I was obese due to some disease I had and then when I was tired being an obese I started working on my self from zero and that's how I made my interest my work.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My motivation was the kids around me because I wanted to run and play with nieces and nephews but due to obesity and other factors I wasn't able to do so.
    For teaching purposes my motivation was my coach who helped me to become a better version of myself (I was before obesity hit), his methods, techniques, and ability to be flexible according to each client amazed me and he pushed me to use my knowledge, interest and keen observation to help other people.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work is to make people aware and consistent to look out for their body, I don't push people hard unnecessarily but I make consistency their part of daily routine to keep taking care of their health which most of the people ignore the most and rely on shortcuts like medicines.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    If I had to think of a role model it would be the ANCIENT INDIAN CULTURE in which people are so knowledgeable towards their basic strength and nutrition, and of course dedication of powerlifters and bodybuilders, and also my present mentor I really am impressed with his consistency and focus towards his bodybuilding game.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Well I do have many hobbies outside teaching like going to parks and greenery places and cooking delicious food for family and friends, I love art and craft and painting too. I have many hobbies but they are not hobbies anymore but a part of my life now
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of the anecdotes I want to share about one of my female students is .....I don't know why in general females starve themselves to lose some weight of their body so as that student of mine she just eats once in 24 hours to lose some weight but instead her body weight was stuck, low energy levels, nutrition deficiencies and instead of reaching her actual goals she wasn't able to enjoy her day to day life and at her lowest times she got connected to me after working on her for straight 1 month I keep on having conversation with her about natural methods to keep your self fit , how starvation is not the actual solution, how muscles and right nutrition is important I make her eat 3-5 meals in 24 hours and as a result her weight started to drop, her strength started to increase, her stamina, Activeness, agility, mobility, flexibility everything was improving on the right track after straight 2-3 months of work and consistency and now she lives a perfect healthy and fit life and now she enjoyed every home cooked food on daily basis with keeping in check of his daily nutrition.
    As I said diet does not equal to make yourself starve BUT diet means keeping your nutrition in check while enjoying your day-to-day home cooked fresh food which you can sustain for the long term.
