About Aaddarsh
MBA Marketing Grad with having a passion in health , nutrition and combat sports!
Personally I was 68 kgs last year and now im 54 and I did this without sacrificing my favorite foods or without going to the gym and want to teach this to other people as well. This is truly life-changing!
