About Esha

I'm a former gymnast and athlete with over 18 years of experience in the field, having being taught physical education from the early age of 3. Today 25 I continue to practise and indulge in training as much as I can, and in training others, I find a sense continuity.

About the lesson

Bite-Sized Theory and explanation of the approach + Warming Up + Gymnastic (Including Tumbling and Movements with Music) + Warming Down. Stretching is included as part of the tutoring sessions. Strengthening is another component to the tutoring sessions. It will be as interactive as you want it to be.
