About Carlos
I started teaching in Berlitz in 1977, the maximum number of students was 5. I was invited to teach English at a high school. I was finishing high school, so my 'students' were my age or more. Quite a challenge, but the results of those who really wanted to learn was very rewarding. I also had the opportunity to teach primary school children ... very restless, but in reality what they have is the desire to learn, an interesting challenge.

I am an English teacher, I have taught basic English, even advanced grammar. My techniques are logical and very simple ... for example I have 3 objects, a book, an apple and a pen, I point to the book and I say ... This is a book (repeat) 'This is a book' ... first I gave the answer and asked ... What is this? You already have the answer I'll ask again I'll point to the apple and ask ... Is this a book ?? At this precise moment, the student knows that he is not, and the first thing he wants to know is ... what it is and the answer will remain in his or her mind.
