About Thando
I have been playing netball for 12 years and I have been coached and moulded for the past 6 years by National players, as well as attended trainings with International players. I also played Action Netball.

I plan out a fitness session as well as ball skills and construct game situations in which I will teach different attack and defence plays. All will be altered depending on the level of class I am teaching, eg. beginners or intermediate.
