I believe we are taught WHAT to learn and not HOW to learn and this is where my system differs. I believe in not just TEACHING a particular subject but teaching how to LEARN anything .
I apply a lot of memory tactics, teaching students how to mind map their way through core subjects so they retain the subject matter through a lifetime , how to structurally write notes better for memory retention and how to apply the principles of learning into real life and how to turn education into a habit of lifelong learning.
I believe in linking the familiar with the unfamiliar as a mind technique to better retain new information. I like to take theory subjects and connect them in real-world form through illustrations, book references,movies ,scenes , history etc.
I believe in moving beyond the syllabus where education becomes a form of learning .
