About Elizabeth
I am bi-lingual in Spanish and English and have a minor degree in Italian. I have lived and worked around the world and taught English and Spanish privately in schools and to individuals of all ages. I enjoy teaching languages to help inspire students to add a new language to their skills in order to see the world through a new lens. Often there are things that can be said in one language that perfectly encapsulate a feeling, moment, description or the like that simply can't translate into another. The goal is to become confident and fluent in the language and my job is to help guide and get you there.

I have travelled, lived, studied and worked throughout Latin America and in Spain. Learning a language is about bringing it to life and the best way to do so is through conversational topics, discussions and presentations. I have taught private classes of English to Spanish speaking students and Spanish to English speaking students of all ages from 3yrs - 65yrs+ Of equal importance to the fluidity of the class and mastering the language, is the accent and intonation of the language and its pronunciation. Sometimes this can seem difficult but often it is about simply mimicking the tone of a word or sentence used in a song, or a TV drama until you've mastered it. Practice makes perfect!
