About Sreshtha
I'm a PhD aspirant, awaiting admissions for 2018-19. My lab experience apart from the places I have studied involves my dissertation experience in CSIR-IGIB.
My interpersonal skills help the learner open up about their concerns - a patient ear and understanding the problematic areas through friendly discussions. Apart from that, being a student myself who is appearing numerous exams, I'm aware that there are tips and tricks to get through topics which seem a like a roadblock.

I base my methodology on the Psyche of the person in front of me since due to various conferences and exams, I have learnt to deal with someone who doesn't know at all about my field or subject to someone who is having a career span of more than double my age in the very same field.
Also, through the journey of education till yet, I deeply understand the impact of a good teacher on the subject one is trying to learn. Not just subject knowledge, explaining it well and motivating the learner is equally important as well.
