About Meg
I am a History and Ancient History graduate from the University of Exeter. I graduated in 2017 and have been working as a Civilian Instructor with the Air Training Core since September. I specialise in Leadership training and personal development with my cadet group. I have tutored before in English Literature and History, and can tutor children from 7 years old upwards, and adults of any age who want to develop themselves personally but need someone to support them, and give them a helping hand with motivation or inspiration to allow that development to happen.

My teaching method is both practical and theoretical, teaching leadership theory and personal development techniques.
For children, leadership and development techniques include confidence building, presentation skills, public speaking skills, and team leading. The best way to teach a child leadership from experience is through practical means and so face to face lessons are more useful, but with distance the theoretical lessons can be completed over video calls.
With adults, teaching structures can be devised to cover and support where they need help the most. Each program will be catered to the specific person, for leadership and development require constancy assessment on my part based on what has improved and what needs more work. I pride myself on my approach to the individuals I work with.
My cadets have improved in confidence and developed remarkably over 9 months.
