About Daria

A few words about me :)

An actress, MA graduate of the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź in the field of English studies with a specialization in translation and business as well as a life coach.

In 2014, I had a suicide attempt, which chained me to a bed and a wheelchair for almost a year. Many people are surprised that I speak about it so openly, but I believe that it is my DUTY. To be honest - I was really lucky because I didn't break my spinal cord...

Over the next few years, I underwent a series of surgeries and somehow I walk today, I can appreciate life and look with empathy at people who want to change something in their lives, fight for their future and, above all, love themselves.

My road to life coach certification was long and bumpy, but if it hadn't been for that 2014 desperate act of hopelessness, I might not have come across a series of motivational books, and ultimately Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins, Grant Cardone, Bob Proctor, Ed Mylett, Eric Thomas and many other mentors, motivational speakers and life coaches. Thanks to them, I know that nothing is impossible and it is never too late for a total change of your mindset, and thus a total transformation of your everyday life by 180 degrees.

I believe that nothing happens without a reason and if our paths come together, I hope that I will inspire you to cross your own boundaries, fears, and doubts.

As you can see, I am far from ideal, but no one is ideal (fortunately). It is essential to be able to strive to be better. Then the road, not the finish line, will be an exciting reward in itself :)

The spectrum of my interests and directions in which I attempt to develop includes the subject of self-development, spirituality, the law of attraction, reading tarot cards, neurolinguistic programming, and business and modern technologies. My curious nature and willingness to understand the world and other people, do not allow me to rest on my laurels, so you can talk with me about many topics.

About the lesson

Hello!

I am Daria and as a life coach, I help my clients to enter a new level of life in which they find a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. I focus on solving problems and doubts in areas such as work, dating, relationships, goals, dreams, procrastination, or lack of self-confidence.

I believe that every human being is a treasure trove of the abundance of skills and talents that should see the light of day, but often our potential remains dormant and unconscious. We do not ask ourselves the right questions, avoid challenges, and are afraid of the unknown, so as not to fail, embarrass ourselves, or be judged. At the same time, we lack someone who would support us in this difficult task, which is to change our thinking, beliefs, and thus also our emotions and actions. There are no two identical people, so each situation is considered individually by me so that you can get the most out of my life coaching.

In the beginning, I suggest a free, half-hour online meeting to just talk, get to know each other, and discuss what is bothering you. Meetings take place until you decide that you do not need them anymore, because my goal is to help you return to the right track in line with your values and dreams, and not to make you dependent on our endless meetings :) However, I don't mind having a random chat with you if that's what you'd prefer :)
