  • 1) How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practicing?

    I bought my first self-development book ๐Ÿ“– in 2005 during my master's in Translation, a book written by Paul McKenna. It fascinated me, despite the fact I felt embarrassed at that time having a book like that. Along with ๐ŸŽง listening to podcasts on the topic and โœ๏ธ writing a book about dating Latina women, as part of my English coaching, I was requested to assist people globally with ๐ŸŒ changing careers, ๐Ÿ“ข presentations, and even ๐Ÿ’˜ dating. So the life coaching aspect of my English coaching became so great that I decided to do a ๐Ÿ† life coaching qualification, and now I have life coaching clients.

  • 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    When meeting clients, I ask profound questions about:
    ๐Ÿ”น What they need to change in their life โ“
    ๐Ÿ”น What's making them feel unsatisfied ๐Ÿค”
    ๐Ÿ”น Their past, present, and future goals โณ
    We analyze limiting beliefs ๐Ÿšซ, check if their current actions align with their values ๐Ÿงญ, and identify excuses that may be holding them back. I encourage clients to leave their comfort zone and show them real-life examples of success through passion and perseverance. Step by step, we set small achievable goals ๐Ÿ…, gradually increasing them to bigger goals as confidence builds.
  • 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    ๐Ÿ”น Stop worrying about what others think - It's a waste of time and energy! For example, I once gave a speech at my son's birthday party ๐ŸŽ‚ in Spanish ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ in front of 80 people with no preparation! I didn't care what they thought about my Spanish skills.
    ๐Ÿ”น Repetition leads to transformation ๐Ÿ”„ - I'm naturally an introvert ๐Ÿ˜ถ, and introverts are typically bad at selling. But through repetition, I've become really good at selling my services.
  • 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    One of my clients is a celebrity from Eastern Europe ๐ŸŒ. He inspires me because he handles complex business problems with incredible efficiency. My wife ๐Ÿ’– also inspires me-she reminds me that without gratitude, we have nothing.
  • 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    I go hill running ๐Ÿ”๏ธ where I live in the Ecuadorian Andes. Being in nature ๐ŸŒฟ really helps my physical and mental well-being. I also love socializing ๐Ÿป, especially with the British community here. Other ways I unwind include:

    ๐Ÿ“บ Watching Netflix
  • 8) Tell us about a memorable lesson

    I worked with an Olympic champion cyclist ๐Ÿšด from Ecuador. What I learned? Even high achievers are fallible like the rest of us. We must not be overawed by famous or successful people-they're just humans too! Many achieve success because of:
