For life coaching, holistic health and nutrition; the sessions are based on a questionnaire allowing the acquaintance. A first session is necessary in order to debrief and communicate expectations. Then a program can be defined together with an action plan as well as setting a timeline allowing a clear and concise follow-up. Finally, communication is the key tool that will allow progress to be made and feedbacks will also be made available in order to evolve serenely.
The coaching sessions in stress management and conflict management differ somewhat in terms of content. Role plays and simulation are techniques often used.
