About Mario
Hey there, my name is Mario and I am an A level student studying at Woodhouse Maths, Further Maths, Computing and Physics.
I am originally from Italy, and I came to live in London 5 years ago, with little English knowledge.
By putting so much work into reading books, listening to podcasts, and working hard at school, I managed to learn English so quickly, that I achieved grade 9 in English Language at GCSE. And this is why I believe that anything is possible!
I absolutely love coding! I love it because it combines creativity and logical skills together. You can get as creative as you want, and as technical as you want. Nothing is stopping you.
I love teaching how to code, because when I see my students finally understanding a topic, they suddenly get creative with it, and motivates them to learn more.
I can't wait to also teach you how to code in Python!

If you are studying Python for GCSE and you are struggling to understand the basics, or you already know how to program, but you want to be prepared for A Level coding, this course IS FOR YOU.
By achieving 10 grade 9s and 4 grade 8s at GCSE including Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science, I can teach you my programming skills and techniques, and share my knowledge so that you can start coding by yourself in just a few lessons.
I have helped many of my peers in school how to program, as I am the leader of our "programming society" in our college.
To teach, I use a free website called repl.it, where me and my students can both code on the same project without needing to share my screen. We can work on school projects, or fun challenges that will take your Python coding skills, to the next level.
My lessons can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour during weekends, or in the evenings during the week. My lessons are usually via a zoom meeting or Skype.
