About Saskia
I love to write, and that passion is thanks to my old English teacher. I would love to spread this passion amongst other children and help them become more skilled and confident in areas where they lack this. I have worked with children for a long time, through volunteering programmes, my school - where I am an academic mentor for year 9s struggling with English, but also with my little brother, who struggles with dyslexia and I tutor him English twice a week - which has broadened my experience and taught me that different students learn in different ways.

I achieved an A* in English literature and English language at GCSE level, as well as achieving close to full marks in all 4 of my English courseworks. I love to write - I take part in the young reporters scheme where I practise my writing skills and take politics A-Level, a heavy essay-based subject where my writing is frequently tested.
