About Arabella
I am a freshly graduated Year 13 student wishing to pursue a degree in theology/philosophy or a degree apprenticeship in neurophysiology for the NHS.
My plans for the future are in teaching or research depending on the domain I settle into post university.

I believe in working methodically to secure ‘easy’ marks by being very comfortable with the basics and being able to build on that foundation. Identifying weaknesses and being able to minimise them whilst also observing patterns in topics/question styles across previous papers.
I work on a basis of understanding over memorising - which is the key to not feeling overwhelmed or overloaded for your exams.
In chemistry I strongly encourage past paper questions, working through them and breaking down mark schemes. Equally visual learning (e.g. repetition of mechanisms on a whiteboard).
For RS I encourage debate and making as many synoptic links as possible early on, again this reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed by the content. I would work through key topics, scholars and quotes in a way that builds up the answers through the grades. (E.g. a grade C answer vs a grade A answer).
