About Hayyan
Hi, I’m Hayyan – a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Scientist, and passionate coach with over 10 years of experience in fitness and high-performance sport. I graduated from Essex University with a degree in Sports & Exercise Sciences, and I’ve competed in Badminton at both national and international level. Through my journey as an athlete and coach, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the body moves, how to train it safely, and how to help people reach their personal goals—whether that’s getting fitter, stronger, or simply feeling better day to day. Now, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels from around the world, both online and in-person. Whether you’re just starting out, returning to fitness, or want to push to the next level—I can guide you every step of the way with a tailored, supportive approach. What I love most is helping people build confidence, stay consistent, and see real progress—without confusion or pressure. Just science-backed, results-focused coaching that fits your life. I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Scientist (Essex University, Sports & Exercise Sciences). I’ve spent 10+ years in performance sport (Badminton at national & international level) and now use that knowledge to help everyday people get fitter, stronger and more confident—no jargon, no ego, just clear coaching. Who I help • Complete beginners who want a safe, friendly start • Busy adults getting back into fitness • People who want to lose weight, tone up, or build strength • Desk workers needing better posture and less back/neck niggles • Anyone who wants more energy, confidence and consistency How sessions work • Online or in-person (distance isn’t an issue) • We start with a simple chat + movement check • I design a personal plan around your goals, time, and equipment • Sessions are 60 mins, focused on safe technique, steady progress and feeling great after • You’ll get a clear plan between sessions so you always know what to do What you need (at home) • Just yourself and a bit of space to start • Optional: a mat, resistance bands or dumbbells (I can advise what to get on any budget) My coaching style • Supportive, positive, and easy to follow • Science-based but simple, with habits you can keep • Strength & conditioning principles adapted for normal life (not just athletes) Extras I can include • Basic nutrition guidance (within PT scope) • Posture & mobility routines for desk life • Step/fitness targets that fit your schedule Locations & availability • Online: Zoom/Google Meet—flexible times • In-person: local gyms, parks, or home visits (message your area) If you’re ready to feel fitter and stronger—book a first session or message me with your goal (e.g., “lose 5–10 kg,” “get rid of back stiffness,” “tone up & build confidence”).
