About Ted
I am currently studying Law at the University of Oxford and achieved an A* in A Level Religious Studies.
RS first sparked my interest in philosophical and ethical debate, from natural law and utilitarianism to arguments about authority and moral responsibility. Religious Studies rewards clear structure, balanced evaluation, and independent thought.
I help students strengthen their essay technique, integrate scholars effectively, and develop confident, reasoned judgements. My legal studies at Oxford continue to build on the same skills - careful argumentation and critical analysis - skills which are central to excelling in RS.
My goal is to help students feel in control of complex ideas and write with clarity and confidence under exam conditions.

I love to teach. I have an ability to break challenging content down into manageable chunks and teach it in a way which makes the information less intimidating. I attained three A* grades in A Levels of English Language, Religious Studies, and Law - I will gladly tutor all three subjects. My lessons vary depending on the student and are almost wholly flexible to suit their preferences and needs. I have lots of resources and exercises ready for you, get in touch! Hourly rate of £25, but I offer a 5 hour package for £100.
