About Alis
Throughout my career to date, I have proved to be a visionary and highly qualified MFL teacher, with over 10 years of experience, both abroad and in the UK .I am a person who values interpersonal relationships, getting to know each one as a unique personality.
My educational qualifications have prepared me and offered me the support of knowledge in order to be able to face the challenges I have encountered throughout my career.
My career thus far has allowed me to gain an in depth knowledge and understanding of a range of factors that may affect progress and learning and the understanding of what constitutes quality teaching and learning and the resultant strategies required to improve teaching and learning and ultimately raise achievement. Hence, I possess a good working knowledge of a wide range of systems needed for supporting pupils with SEMH.

Throughout my career to date, I have gained a wide range of teaching experience across a variety of phases and curriculum areas, including Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in both main stream and SEN/Access and inclusion. Through these roles, I have gained significant experience of identifying appropriate individual and whole class success criteria and measuring and assessing pupil progression. Although there are many things that characterize me as a teacher, my teaching
philosophy is based on a fundamentally optimistic view. I believe that all of my
students, with the help of the right tools, will be able to overcome any difficulties
that the study of a foreign language and literature might present.I believe that one of my best qualities as a teacher is my ability to inspire confidence in my students so that they feel comfortable
expressing themselves regardless of their level of ability.
