About Anna
I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer offering both in-person and online coaching. I’ve always loved fitness, and I’m really passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through exercise. Right now, I work with a range of clients both at Nuffield Health gym in London and online. I’m friendly, easy to talk to, and love motivating people to stay consistent and reach their goals.

My training programmes are for all fitness levels and all ages - from complete beginners looking to get started safely, to intermediate/advanced clients aiming to push their performance to the next level.
