I am a personal trainer who was forced to quit due to serious lung surgery and I’ve been unable to live out my dream of training myself and others consistently in the gym. I am an action-based tutor utilising practical scenarios and practice questions to drill in key components of personal training. Much like the art of training in the gym, learning how to teach it requires discipline, creativity and tonnes of consistency! I want to be there to help you qualify but also become the best version of yourself in the real world. My favourite tutor always told me that once you qualify, the real learning starts in the field!
