About Elise
I am nearly 23, I have grown up in a house full of competitive, sporty people.
Since the age of 3 I have danced and attended examinations and competed across the UK in a team, a duo and a solo.
I have also done boxing from the age of 9 to the age of 17.
I enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals.

About the lesson

My lessons structure will be based on your goals.
First session will be a profile building session and after that we will formulate a plan together and track progress.
Lessons will be 45 minutes to an hour.
Every four sessions we will have a progress check in and review our starting points.
